JBrown Media Studio is an AI-powered media generation platform that provides:

• Text-to-image generation using advanced AI models
• Image-to-video conversion and animation
• Avatar creation and customization
• Lip-sync and voice synthesis capabilities
• Social media content optimization tools

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

4. Credit System and Billing

Credit Allocation:

• New users receive 100 free credits upon registration
• Credits are consumed based on generation type and complexity
• Text-to-image: 5 credits per generation
• Image-to-video: 15 credits per generation
• Avatar creation: 10 credits per generation
• Lip-sync: 8 credits per generation

Billing Terms:

• Additional credits can be purchased through our platform
• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• Credits do not expire but are non-transferable
• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create deepfakes or misleading media without disclosure
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
• Create content for harassment, spam, or malicious purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our AI models
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content:

You retain ownership of content you generate using our Service. However, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and deliver your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Our Platform:

The Service, including all AI models, algorithms, and platform features, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology.

7. Content Moderation and Removal

We reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove content that violates these Terms. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies. Generated content is automatically deleted after 30 days unless saved to your account.

8. Service Availability and Limitations

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Specific generation quality or results
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Permanent storage of generated content

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JBrown Media Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and any remaining credits will be forfeited. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
